2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details when your order ships.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — we appreciate your patience.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders ship free of charge, but please note that import duties, customs taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
PillowNova is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@pillownova.store.
We’ll work with our logistics partners to replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received are not eligible for replacement unless verified through a carrier investigation.


8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For pre-order or backordered items, estimated shipping dates will be clearly displayed on the product page.
Your entire order will ship together once all items are available — unless otherwise specified.
